These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Quality Paris Fence website at parisfence.com and your engagement with our fence contracting services. By using our website or hiring us to perform work, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using our website, requesting an estimate, or entering into a service agreement with Quality Paris Fence, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Quality Paris Fence provides residential and commercial fence contracting services in Paris, TX and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, fence installation, repair, replacement, and related work as described on our website and in individual written estimates.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. Our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to perform services. A binding agreement is only created when you accept a written estimate and we confirm acceptance in writing.
All estimates provided by Quality Paris Fence are based on information gathered at the time of the site visit or consultation. Final pricing is set forth in a written estimate provided to you before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
Prices may be adjusted if conditions discovered during the project differ materially from what was observed at the time of estimate - for example, concealed underground obstacles, changes in material costs, or customer-requested scope changes. We will notify you before proceeding with any additional work that affects the quoted price.
We are not responsible for cost increases resulting from delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, permit processing times, or material supply issues.
Project start dates are scheduled based on permit approval, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will communicate your expected start date in writing and notify you of any changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. If materials have already been ordered specifically for your project and work has not yet begun, you may be responsible for restocking or return fees associated with those materials. We will itemize any such costs clearly.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate rescheduling as promptly as possible.
Payment terms are specified in your written estimate or service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be noted in your agreement.
Full payment upfront is not required unless specifically agreed to in writing for specialty orders. Any balance not paid within the timeframe specified in your agreement may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through available legal channels.
Title and ownership of all materials installed remain with Quality Paris Fence until full payment is received.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor will be specified in your written agreement. We pass through any manufacturer warranties on materials used in your project.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from: acts of nature (including severe weather, flooding, or earthquakes), normal wear and tear, misuse or modification of the fence by the customer, failure to perform recommended maintenance, or pre-existing conditions not identified at the time of estimate.
Except as expressly stated in your written service agreement, our services are provided "as is" and we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quality Paris Fence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Quality Paris Fence is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground lines, utilities, or structures. Permit requirements are the contractor's responsibility only to the extent included in your written agreement.
If a dispute arises between you and Quality Paris Fence, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution directly. Most issues can be resolved with a direct conversation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action must be filed in the appropriate state or county court in TX. The prevailing party in any such action may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using our website or our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
